ETEV is a stock I've seen make three huge gains in the last year (400%, 637%, and 175%), the most recent of which took place last week.
Now that the stock has pulled back a bit, I believe this may be the perfect time to jump in before ETEV skyrockets once again.

The program has proven to be so popular in fact that the initial $1 billion appropriated for the system was exhausted by July 30, 2009, well before the anticipated end date of November 1, 2009.
The incredible interest garnered by this program is the latest example of a desire by consumers to save money on gasoline.
Similarly, remember how $4/gallon gas prices forced consumers to drastically change their lifestyles last year?
When the price of gas peaked, sales for hybrids exploded, people began riding their bikes to work, carpooling, using public transportation, etc.
I'm sure it's clear to each and every one of you, as it is to me, that fuel efficiency is a top priority for all consumers these days.
Even if you're not interested in the environmental benefits of getting all the gas guzzling SUVs off the road, I'm willing to bet that all of you are interested in saving money at the pump.
