CRRA announced after the bell on Friday that an agreement has been established in principle with a private group of investors for a $500,000 private placement of the corporation's common stock.
CRRA is expected to use every effort to supply up to $500,000 working capital on or before the closing date of October 31, 2009 of the pending acquisition of the principal assets of Engineered Construction Solutions, Inc.
