Zimtu Capital Corp. (TSXv: ZC) (FSE: ZCT1) is pleased to announce that it has made an investment in La Camera Mining Inc.La Camera is a private gold company operating in Mexico. The company controls a large land package with a historic resource that is adjacent to, and in certain places surrounds, Mexico's largest gold producer Goldcorp's Los Filos mine.
La Camera is contemplating going into small scale production to advance its assets on an undiluted basis and is in discussions with several major mining companies regarding strategic arrangements.
This investment is consistent with Zimtu's strategy of investing in pre-IPO opportunities not normally available to the public, as well as creating and building resource companies to create value for our shareholders.
