SNWT announced, effective Monday, September 28th that HBSY is now SNWT through a reverse merger and renamed San West, Inc.

SNWT has two store locations through San West, one in San Marcos, CA (off-road buggies sales and accessories) and the other in Santee, CA (off-road buggies sales, service, parts and accessories).

The CEO of San West has stated, "The next 12 months holds a lot of exciting things for us as a company and we are pleased to now have the ability to bring these things to fruition."

SNWT owns Buggy World, a wholly owned subsidiary of San West, Inc. Buggy World has multiple locations in north and east San Diego as well as Orange County. The acquisition is expected to add over $1.6 million to top line revenues. Buggy World's unaudited consolidated 2007 revenue was over $1.6 million. Profit margins were approximately 30% for Buggy World in 2007.

SNWT inherited an immediate install base of over 100 product lines and 5 exclusive distributor agreements throughout Southern California from which to channel their sales growth.

San West is on their way to establishing themselves as a significant player with the recreational 'off-road' market.

SNWT also owns Letz Go Racing Off-Road Center, a company that develops aftermarket, high performance accessories for off-road all-terrain vehicles such as Go Karts. Letz Go Racing specializes in customization and innovation.

SNWT is generating a ton of interest especially with its huge uptrend in both terms of price and volume during September!
