NIV surpassed RedChip’s revenue and net income estimates for the first quarter of 2010 (1Q10), but issued wide guidance for full year 2010 (FY10). The Company weathered the seasonality storm in the first quarter, growing revenues considerably not only from the new mobile phone business, but also from the existing OEM and intelligent audio and video products. The majority of this revenue did not even include the $28.8 million China Telecom order. NIV has made extensive capital expenditures to handle large orders for its products going forward. The macro environment looks great for mobile phones and if NIV is able to continue to capture this growing market like they have been able to so far, this stock should see new highs in the future.

NIVS IntelliMedia Technology Group, Inc., through its wholly subsidiary NIVS Holding Company Limited, designs, manufactures, sells and markets audio and video consumer products.
