LAN provides proprietary talent management services and talent
acquisition technology applications in the United States, The
People's Republic of China and other countries worldwide. In
addition to its world class talent acquisition technology
offerings, TLAN also provides permanent placement recruiting,
military transition recruiting, contingent staffing services, and
employee leasing and benefits management services to small, medium,
and large sized businesses and multi-national corporations.
TLAN recently announced its strategies and priorities for 2010. The
Company and its Board of Directors are refocusing the Company's
resources and talents to aggressively pursue its international
expansion and focus on technology offerings.
TLAN has been busy since announcing its new strategy.
On May 11th TLAN announced it signed a letter of intent with Hua
Neng Long Yuan Technology Company Beijing, Ltd. ("HNLY") to acquire
a minority stake in the company. HNLY is a privately held
electronics and software distributor in Beijing, China. HNLY was
established in 1992 and has offices throughout greater China.
On May 13th TLAN announced the re-launch of their niche job board
SecurityJobZone.com, an online career center specifically
focused on security officer jobs, homeland defense positions, and
other job related opportunities within the security industry.
This will enter TLAN into the global homeland security market.
Estimates are that the global homeland security market is in excess
of $55 billion annually, with over 30,000 companies doing business
directly with the U.S. Government. Forbes expects this industry to
grow to $170 billion annually by 2015, in the United States alone.
Last week, TLAN announced today they have executed definitive terms
with Global Talent in Shanghai, China regarding strategic
technology and revenue sharing agreement. Under the terms of the
agreement, Global Talent will offer the jointly developed RPO
platform which was built by combining Talent Alliance's China
Talent Exchange and Global Talent's Cloud ATS. Global Talent is a
mature player in the Shanghai recruitment marketplace with numerous
large international clients such as Wyeth, Pioneer, Lotte and
Geberit. Global Talent has approximately 25 employees in Shanghai
and expects to devote its resources to marketing the joint platform
in China.
This morning, TLAN announced that they have added Ascent Healthcare
Solutions, Normandy Machine and Image First to its client list.
TLA N's SVP of sales Chris Beck said "The Company is currently
experiencing increased levels of engagement to deliver this high
value talent. Engagements include positions such as engineering,
sales, project management, technicians, and leadership roles,"
"Companies have come off the sidelines since the start of year and
hiring is picking up."
TLAN has made some huge announcements over the past month, which
point to exponential growth for the company in the near term.
OK, here's why I like TLAN as a trade:
TLAN traded more volume today than it has in three weeks. The last
time TLAN traded big volume like this it made a 400% run in a few
days.
Since then the stock has made a 50% retracement of the move and has
consolidated in the mid 2 cent area.
I think the stock is getting ready to break out here. Today's big
volume day should have cleared out most of the sellers from the
last big move up and it should be ready to go back and retest the
.055 high from a few weeks ago.
From to days close to the high from a few weeks ago would be a 130%
price gain so there are some profits to be had for sure.
I think this is going to be a real good trade. The way it traded
today my guess is that this stock will break out over the next few
days.
Get yourself in a position to book your profits with TLAN when it
does.
