    Investment Highlights
Thwapr offers exposure to the large and fast growing market for mobile video services. The company is currently focusing on content owners in broad end markets including Television, Film, Music, Sports and many more.
Multiple revenue opportunities and Dynamic Pricing Structure: Mobile video service offerings includes paid video clips, pre and post roll video ads, movie trailers, episode previews, on-demand previews, music videos, TV episodes, game highlights, press conferences, TV programming, and online movies that are delivered directly to a mobile device. Revenue streams include advertised supported content, premium content, brand sponsorships. Pricing will depend on client¡¦s level of services and usage; however pricing typically factors in transaction volumes and operational complexity.
International Growth Opportunities: In the U.S alone, Pyramid Research estimates that revenue from mobile video services will reach $16 billion by 2014. However, much of the demand will come from Europe and Asia/Pacific. It is estimated that mobile net additions in the next five years will come from emerging markets, especially Asia/Pacific, and will drive a 37 percent growth in total mobile subscriptions. Latin America is expected to grow at the fastest pace, increasing at a CAGR of 39 percent.
High ROI: Thwapr's mobile communications platform offers content owners a valuable distribution channel to reach or acquire a large, targeted audience. Financial benefits include direct revenue stream, increased brand awareness, cross selling and a measurable, targeted audience. According to Avot Media, some mobile ad campaigns have shown return rates of 28% and are more targeted and engaging than broadcast TV. Nielsen predicts that active mobile video users were three times as likely as a typical mobile data user to find mobile advertising acceptable. According to Nielsen, in 2008, Sprint had an estimated 1.6 million users of SprintTV with carriers generating an estimated $288 million in revenues per year from mobile video.
Seasoned Management team. The company is led by an experienced management team with extensive operating, financial reporting and product development backgrounds at various technology companies including Apple, Avid Technologies and Earthlink.
Marginal debt without any off-balance-sheet arrangements. The company currently finances its operations through private placement of equity and debt securities. As of March 31, 2010, the company held a 5% convertible note valued under two thousand dollars.
Low Level of Float. Thwapr's public float consists of 13% of the shares outstanding. SNK Capital Trust owns approximately 65%, and insiders own 22%. The low level of float might create increased volatility in the share price.
Competition. Thwapr operates in a highly competitive market that is always evolving. The company faces competition from larger content delivery and media players as well as small, private companies. Increased competition could lead to extended sales cycles and pricing pressure. However, Thwapr's technological advantage allows it to deliver higher quality rich media across multiple platforms and carriers.
Threat of Commoditization: Most of the growth in the market is currently coming from free services such as YouTube Google application built into Apple's iPhone and not broadcast TV like services that cost a fee of $10-$15 per month.

    Recent THWI News:
March 16 - Thwapr Offers Email Marketers a Solution for Mobile Video
Thwapr, Inc. (OTC.BB:THWI - News), a leading social mobile video and photo sharing service, offers email marketers an easy and reliable way to integrate mobile video into their email campaigns.
"Our solution solves the long-standing technical issues of reliability and compatibility," says Bruce Goldstein. "We can deliver video via email that works. No more worries about sizing, quality or if it will play. Like we are doing for all marketing channels such as QR codes, SMS, outdoor, etc., the email channel now has a way to bring the richness and engagement of mobile video into campaigns."
Thwapr's Universal Video Link (UVL) can be embedded into any email marketing campaign. Thwapr's solution detects device attributes (screen resolution, phone OS, etc) and then delivers a video experience tailored for that device -- feature phones, smartphones and tablets. This effectively extends an email's "rich experience" to mobile without the need for HTML. Thwapr's solution is also fully compatible with desktop viewing environments.
"People are reading email on their phones and have an expectation that a 'mobile email' experience should be equivalent to a desktop experience," says Leigh Newsome, SVP of products for Thwapr. "The days of broken videos or incompatible mobile video formats are gone. Email marketers can embed video, via our Universal Video Link, into any email. Once we detect it's a mobile phone -- we'll deliver the best video experience that phone is capable of supporting."
Thwapr is the only video solution that can deliver high quality video to more than 300 different types of phones including 50 different BlackBerry models, 40 types of Motorola phones, iPhones and more.
"The rollout of Thwapr's cloud based video distribution platform serves many types of phones and is carrier agnostic, which is very compelling in today's mobile video space," continued Goldstein. "The recent successes, customer relationships, and continued improvements to the Thwapr platform has positioned the Company to potentially capture significant market share of mobile video users. As wide scale consumer acceptance takes hold, the Company anticipates a large increase in the number of users over the next 18-24 months."
