SHOM broke its silence with an update to the shareholders which was accompanied by some extreme breakouts in PPS(Price Per Share). A few days before the first PR was released the stock made a 150% increase, a two year chart would reveal that this sort of increase was not out of the norm for SHOM. A few days later the letter to the shareholders was announced and since then the stock has been steadily climbing due the following developments.

 2 years of profitability
Elimination of all long term debt
Expansion and development of new markets
Merger and acquisition strategy for upcoming months
Reduction of authorized shares assuring no long-term dilution
