AMEL may rally hard off the lows

AMEL has ran up big a few times after my alerts, could it happen again? AMEL is now at a 3 month low so it definitely looks cheap, view the chart yourself.

Amerilithium_logo.jpgI don't know if AMEL will ever hit the price target of $3.63 put out by Cohen Research report, but if it does that would mean gains of over 350% from current levels!!

If you had invested in Standard Oil when gasoline started to replace horses you'd be filthy rich now as Standard Oil eventually became ExxonMobile the biggest oil producer in the world.

The new revolution is starting and lithium batteries is going to eventually replace gasoline cars.

If you read through some of their recent PR's they have been acquiring a lot of assets.

Just in the last few weeks AMEL has acquired 2 Lithium assets in the Nevada Region.

There's been lots of lithium rallies lately, and so AMEL may bounce back hard from the lows.

Some of the gains in other lithium companies recently have been insane:

American Lithium -- gaining 864% in 6 months
Canada Lithium -- exploding 888% in 8 months
Lithium One -- leaping 1,745% in 8 months

Lithium is the new gold and the number of companies that are ramping up their uses of it is staggering!

This is like the 1849 gold rush, and those that get to it first wins.

Most people probably don't realize that it's in their pockets right now. Just about every cell phone battery is a lithium one.

The facts are just staggering!

Sony states in an article entitled, "Sony to Nearly Double Lithium Production by 2010", states they will invest approximately $370MM toward strengthening it's lithium ion battery production operations.

Apple, which has one of the fastest selling cell phones says, "Rechargeable lithium-based technology currently provides the best performance for your Apple notebook computer, ipod or iphone.

The current new Ipad is selling faster then the original iphones!

Cnet says 1 Billion cell phones are sold every year.

177 million laptops were sold in 2009, all with a lithium battery.

Now that you know how important lithium is, you can understand why AMEL could be a major player in this industry.

AMEL has already acquired a huge amount of acres for their lithium portfolio. The acres amount to approximately ~ 710k acres.

The Americana Property is one of the largest claims of its type in the region, representing ~664,049 acres overlying a potential extension of the Leduc Formation and Beaverhill Lake Group Strata/Swan Hills Formation. These two formations were identified by the Alberta Geological Survey (AGS) as containing formation waters containing potentially economic amounts of lithium.

Matthew Worrall, CEO of AMEL, commented on the Company's latest acquisition by stating, "The entire AmeriLithium team is excited about our Lithium portfolio being expanded by the addition of the Americana Property for several reasons.

First, its sheer size. Second, its ideal location in relation to potential brines rich in Lithium. And third, its location in Canada, which represents an extensive US trade partner that has proven to be friendly and accessible.

I predict that in 10 years every other car that rolls off the lot will be an electric one. The auto industry will be lithium's bigger user.

If you missed the gold rally last year, or the oil one, then start researching lithium and AMEL right now!

The advantage here is that most people still don't know about lithium yet, and AMEL is just getting started.

They have already secured financing for their mining programs! Always do your own research and consult with your financial professional.
