FOOTHILL RANCH, CA--(Marketwire - 10/27/09) - DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. (OTC.BB:DNPI - News) today announced that it has completed the rollout of a $2.7 million mobile security solution for the leading provider of security solutions in the U.S. DecisionPoint served as prime contractor and partnered with the client and Motorola to design, implement and support an advanced mobile wireless device equipped with the specialized mobile software for more than 1,000 patrol officers on time and on budget.
The solution enables real time monitoring of officer movement, fully interactive communications capabilities and panic alarm notification using a specialized software application in a durable, mobile device.
