LOGM provides on-demand, remote-connectivity solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, or SMBs, IT service providers and consumers. Businesses and IT service providers use LOGM's solutions to deliver end-user support and to access and manage computers and other Internet-enabled devices more effectively and efficiently from a remote location, or remotely.

Consumers and mobile workers use LOGM's solutions to access computer resources remotely, thereby facilitating their mobility and increasing their productivity.

LOGM recently reported that for the fourth quarter of 2010, revenue increased 53 percent to $30.9 million from $20.2 million reported in the fourth quarter of 2009. Net income attributable to common stockholders for the fourth quarter of 2010 increased to $5.4 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, from net income attributable to common stockholders of $2.5 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, reported in the fourth quarter of 2009. Revenue in the fourth quarter of 2010 includes $3.4 million in non-recurring revenue related to an agreement with Intel.

U.S. Court Grants LOGM's Motion for Summary Judgment of Non Infringement in Patent Infringement Case

Last year in September 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. reported that it filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division against LOGM and Dell Inc. alleging infringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,928,479. The alleged infringing products include, but are not limited to, for LogMeIn - LogMeIn Free, LogMeIn Pro(2) and LogMeIn Ignition and for Dell - Dell Remote Access. 01 Communique was seeking past (back to the issue date of the patent being August 9, 2005) and future damages, as well as a trebling of damages for willful infringement and injunctive relief.


** LOGM reported that the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia granted LOGM's motion for summary judgment of non infringement in the case brought by 01 Communique. The court indicated a written order will follow. The court indicated it has removed the May 2nd trial from the case calendar.
