Stock Watchlist For Next Week

BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:BPAX)  is forming a symmetrical triangle with support at $3.53. I am expecting a breakout at $3.79. So far, all indicators are in favor of an upward price movement: all the 3 major moving averages are below the current price and MACD still above the 0 line. If the support holds we might be able to see the breakout.

And finally, FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORM) is a buy, based on today’s bullish move. The stock broke the 200 day MA and also the resistance of the channel. First possible target price for this stock is at $10.71 and have to see from there. Looking at the technical indicators, we have the MACD above the center line, so this means we can now go long on this stock, especially in the light of the recent breakout. RSI is also moving up and above its 50% level. As the stock moves higher, the Moving averages will further confirm this bullishness with crossovers.

Let’s take a look at XNPT’s activity in the light of the recent successive price increases. Looking at XNPT’s chart, we can see that it is positively reacting to the recent events. This stock is still consolidating as seen from the intertwining of the 3 moving average lines. The good side of this stock technically is that the MACD is still above the “0″ line and RSI above its 50% level so this stock is still bullish for now even if it is still consolidating. Recently Piper Jaffray reiterated an “overweight” rating on shares of Xenoport Inc. (NASDAQ:XNPT) and $14 PT. Xenoport Inc. has a 52 week low of $5.66 and a 52 week high of $11.82. The stock’s 50-day moving average is $7.40 and its 200-day moving average is $7.74. The company has a market cap of $269.07 million. Worth watching over 7.74.

Intrepid Potash, Inc. (NYSE:IPI) -  At this stage it seems that we have room for $1 run before next resistance at $35.14.
