Today`s Big Gainers (AGN, IO, CF, EXEL)

Allergan, Inc. (NYSE:AGN) soared 6.59% to $61.93 on 9.08 million shares. French drugmaker Sanofi-Aventis is looking at several U.S. acquisitions, including one or two that could be worth at least $15 billion, a source familiar with the situation said on Friday.
ION Geophysical Corporation (NYSE:IO) jumped 7.78% to $3.88 on a volume of 2.79 million shares. So far, the market capitalization of the stock stands at $590.85 million. Today, the stock opened the trade at $3.63 and is trading in the range of $3.60-$4.15. ION Geophysical Corporation is a technology-focused seismic solutions company, which provides seismic data acquisition equipment, seismic software, and seismic planning, processing, and interpretation services to the global energy industry.
CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CF) is also up 4.87% to $68.68. CF Industries Holdings, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer products in North America. The Company operates in two segments: the nitrogen segment and the phosphate segment.
Exelixis, Inc. (NASDAQ:EXEL) is up 8.23% to $3.55. Exelixis, Inc. is focused on discovering, developing and commercializing therapies for the treatment of cancer and other serious diseases. The majority of its programs focus on discovery and development of small molecule drugs for cancer.
