SOL closed up $.36 on Friday as it hit a high of $6.93 on the day. This high broke above Thursday’s high, which is another signal for an upside move. I’m a buyer of SOL again once it breaks Friday’s high and expect to see heavy volume drive the stock higher. From a technical standpoint, the daily chart shows the stock is in bull market with 50-day moving average on top over 200-day moving average. In addition, MACD and KD still show bullish sign as MACD is still above 0 and %K line is still above %D line. Keep the stock on your radar for next week.


Electronic Arts (ERTS: 14.60 0.00 0.00%) - The stock bounced on Friday as the market rallied off lows. ERTS closed positive on the day as it looks to be ready for a reversal move. I’m a buyer of ERTS once it breaks through Friday’s high of $14.73.

DryShips (DRYS: 3.42 0.00 0.00%) closed flat on Friday as the stock bounced off lows. The stock could be setting up for a relief bounce and I will be there if this occurs. Resistance for this move is $3.47, which reflects Friday’s high. DryShips is trading at 4x forward earnings, which means it’s cheap. Keep DRYS on your radar for next week.
