NBVG, NutriPure Beverages, Inc., NBVG.PK

NBVG is bringing to market a complete line of nutrient-enhanced bottled water products using a patented process that adds organic nutrients to water without adding masking flavors, colors or sweeteners, yielding premium enhanced water products that contain no calories, no carbohydrates, no colors and no flavors other than pure water.
The process is further enhanced using desirable "cold-fill" techniques that save energy and reduce harmful, "plastic chemical leaching" into the product.
NBVG intends to market a full line of nutrient-enhanced water products under the Nu2O label, which will compete with currently available products such as SmartWater and VitaminWater.
 Check this out:
NBVG plans to initially launch three formulations under the Nu2O label, with three additional formulations scheduled to be introduced after the second quarter of operations.
Distribution will begin in the Southwest U.S. and expand nationwide over the following six to eight months, contingent upon finalization of funding and staffing requirements.
Based on an extensive analysis of current and anticipated market conditions, NBVG forecasts gross product sales at $10,855,500 for the first 12 months of operations, $49,890,000 for its second year, and $66,100,000 for the third year. These are preliminary projections subject to change depending on a variety of factors including unanticipated fluctuations in the market place.
** NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Utilizes New Technology for Better Concentrate Formulation **
In preparation for the launch of its nutrient enhanced family of water products, NBVG will be utilizing a new high-sheer technology to manufacture its nutritional concentrate which is used to make the unique formulations.
This new high-sheer technology will allow NBVG's concentrate manufacturer West Packs Industries, located in Sparks Nevada, to infuse higher levels of nutraceutical compounds into the formula concentrate.
These higher concentrations of nutraceutical compounds will increase the efficacy of the products providing greater benefits to the consumer.
** NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Acquires Brenlin Distributorship **
NBVG has purchased 100% of the assets of Brenlin, a privately held distributorship serving the Southern California market.NBVG will take over control of the operations immediately, Brenlin's current management will remain in place for the near term, and NBVG and Brenlin have already established plans for expansion of Brenlin's operations and business model.
NBVG is in negotiations with other companies and expects to announce additional key acquisitions in the coming weeks.
**NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Forms Long-Term Marketing Agreement With Jayger International Ltd., Enters Discussion for Possible Acquisition **
** NBVG has formed a long-term marketing agreement with Jayger International, Ltd., an international brokerage company with offices in Southern California and Tokyo that specializes in representing and marketing products in Asia, specifically Japan.
Jayger will set up offices in the same space as NBVG's newly acquired Brenlin distributorship and NBVG will become the sole consolidator for all Jayger shipments to Asia. NBVG will also become the exclusive distributor of Jayger represented products in Southern California. Jayger will also assist NBVG and its affiliates in identifying and selling additional products in both U.S. and Asian markets.
The Agreement also gives NBVG first right of refusal to acquire Jayger in the future, and the companies have begun preliminary discussions in that regard, although no agreement is expected to occur in the very near term.
Jayger's represented product lines are consistent with and complementary to NBVG's soon-to-be-launched Nu2O enhanced bottled water products, and currently include Aloe juice products, Asian snack items, organic sodas and bottled water from the South Pacific, healthy aseptic juice products, other organic juices, wines and bottled waters, and nutraceutical products.
