Stocks to Watch (ARSC, ATNP, LGTT, BP)

American Security Resources Corporation (OTC: ARSC) added 50% to $0.0003 on 1.16 billion shares. The volumes were massive today at 1.16 billion shares as compared to its daily average volume of 145.08 million shares. So far the market capitalization of the stock is $2.16 million. The proposed merger agreement conversion ratio is one share of Global Online Television Corporation for one share of the public entity. The closing price per share of the merging public entity as of June 25th, 2010 was $0.99.

LIGATT SECURITY INTL INC (PINK: LGTT) plunged 50% to $0.0001 on a volume of 221.80 million shares. So far in the last one year of trading sessions, the stock fell over 95%. The daily average volume of the stock is 121.31 million shares.

BP plc (ADR) (NYSE:BP) increased 0.11% to $27.05 on 67.99 million shares as tropical storm Alex pushed west, easing the likelihood of supply disruptions on the rich oil fields off Louisiana. Last week's worries that Alex would slam into production sites in the Gulf eased as the storm shifted west toward the Texas-Mexico coastal border. The storm is likely to become a hurricane within the next 24 hours, the National Hurricane Center warned Monday.

So far this year the stock fell more than 53% and has a market capitalization of $84.71 billion so far. Today the stock traded in the range of $26.75-$28.03 on a low volume as compared to its daily average volume. The stock dropped over 55% from its 52-week high of $62.38.
