BLAP & the Facebook IPO

We like BLAP as a short term play, but we love it as a longer term play and here is why;
Iphone holiday icon set9 out of 10 people would probably agree that the dotcom era changed the markets forever.  Nothing has had a greater impact on the market since and it is not likely to happen again in any of our lifetimes.
If there was to be a close second, it would be the Social Media sector.  Facebook, Twitter and Myspace are the obvious leaders in this sector.  All three have mobile applications so that you can use the product on your cell phone, smart phone, Ipad etc.  The worldwide mobile entertainment industry is projected to be worth $42 billion by the end of 2010.
So what does all of this have to do with BLAP???
Only 1 of the 3 companies that I just mentioned is publicly traded.
The IPO market is terrible right now.  Many companies have delayed coming to the market because of world wide financial conditions.  There has been a lot of chatter about Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn coming to the market.  Any one of these companies coming public would be great for the social media market, but let’s take a look at Facebook.
Facebook is expected to exceed $2 billion in revenues this year and they are making money.  Not to mention they are going to begin charging to use their service later this year.  There is little doubt that Facebook will eventually come public when the time is right.
When Google came to the market in 2004, Yahoo and other related companies saw a spike as investors sought out alternatives.  Facebook coming to the market would have an impact on the sector as a whole.
BLAP would be in a great position to capitalize if and when this happens.  When Facebook or Twitter comes public, all eyes will be on the social media sector and investors will look at other alternatives.
There is little doubt that BLAP can move in the short term as well.  We have seen some big spikes recently and back in November we saw the stock spike 600% in just a few days.
Put BLAP on your screen immediately.
