AMNP is igniting the new Gold Rush - American Sierra Gold

Major share-price LEAP from
$0.98 to $15.20 expected

950 acres of California gold
worth $1.2 billion
Wednesday (October 7, 2009):
American Sierra (AMNP) signs a letter of intent locking-up a huge 950-acre California claim holding 1.165 million ounces of gold.
Thursday (October 8):
Gold hits a record-high $1,050 an ounce, giving AMNP $1,223,250,000 worth of California gold.

    • 950 California acres covers the entire Knownothing Mining District (a name only a tight-lipped prospectors would dream up)

    • Four principal mines are included: Discovery Day, Knownothing, Star Hansen, and Gilta.

    • 7 individual high-grade vein systems are known to exist

    • 1.165 million ounces of gold could be on this property, according to a documented study conducted by Cooksley Geophysical.
Mill reports show that during one 10-day period, the California mines averaged a highly profitable 12.06 oz/ton of gold. (That's 40 timesbetter than South Africa's average of 0.3 oz/ton of gold.)
American Sierra's reported 1.165 million ounces of gold in California alone values the stock (AMNP) at $15.20. Here's the California breakdown of American Sierra's new four principal mines:

American Sierra has a favorable 90% interest in 11 concessions on those 28,880 hectares (71,333 acres) smack dab on the most famous American gold belt ever.

AMNP's property covers and surrounds 10 mineralized areas that are currently producing gold and silver. That's why GoldCorp paid $9.5 billion to be here. And it's yet another reason you'd be wise to
load up on AMNP right now.

AMNP's Sierra Madre land holdings are referred to as their Urique Project, which itself has multiple projects in both the north and south regions.

The Urique Project South: Initial sampling yielded local bonanza-grade gold and silver values. The highlight of the findings shows that there are 86 grams of gold per ton of rock, and 8,290 grams of silver per ton.
That is a mountain of gold and silver.

A quick calculation shows that every ton of rock in this region holds an incredible 2,347.8 ounces of gold, which at today's price of $1,050 an ounce is worth
approximately $25 million. The silver's value is another $3.1 million.

The Urique Project North: Exploration has been so successful here that American Sierra's prime target is already advanced to the drill-ready stage, making it even more appetizing to the likes of multi-billion-dollar GoldCorp.
The $27.6 billion gold giant now owns mines just above American Sierra's -- mines that are currently producing over $200 million a year in revenue.

All it will take is a glimmer of gold in America Sierra's Urique Project for GoldCorp to jump in with an offer. And this could all happen at lightening speed.
